A safe space to explore what feels difficult

Sometimes the things we struggle with on the surface are connected to something deeper underneath. I offer a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you can begin to explore your worries, emotional difficulties, and repetitive patterns in a thoughtful and compassionate way.

As a fully qualified addiction therapist, I work not only with addiction itself, but with the deeper emotional and unconscious processes that can lead to problematic or repeated behaviours. Together, we can begin to understand what may be driving these patterns and create space for change, insight, and healing.

About

I believe therapy is not only about managing symptoms - it is also about understanding yourself more fully.

My approach looks beyond the behaviour alone and considers how unconscious thoughts, feelings, past experiences, and emotional pain can shape the ways we cope. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or struggling with addiction and its wider impact, therapy can offer a place to pause, reflect, and make sense of what is happening.

I aim to create a calm and non-judgemental environment where you can feel heard, supported, and safe enough to explore whatever is on your mind.

How I Can Help

I support people who may be experiencing:

  • Addiction or problematic behaviours

  • Repetitive patterns that feel difficult to change

  • Anxiety, worry, or emotional overwhelm

  • Low self-worth or feelings of being stuck

  • Difficulties in relationships

  • Unconscious patterns linked to past experiences

Therapy can help you understand these difficulties more deeply and begin moving toward lasting change.
